Last updated 23 October 2026. A starting draft: have it reviewed, especially the wording about children’s data, before launch.
On behalf of each academy we store names, contact details, dates of birth, photographs, attendance, fee records and basic health notes the academy chooses to record.
A person under 18 cannot register themselves. A parent or guardian registers them and gives consent for data use and, separately, for photo use. Consent is stored with the date.
Each academy sees only its own people. Within an academy, date of birth, blood group and medical notes are shown only to staff whose permissions include the student record, and to the student and guardian.
We do not sell personal data. We host no images or videos other than people’s photos and an academy’s logo, signature and certificate backgrounds.
Ask your academy to correct or export your data. An academy owner can export everything at any time from Settings.
Payment keys are encrypted, access is checked on every request, and backups are kept.
