Learn is software that an academy (a “client”) subscribes to for running students, classes, attendance, fees and related work. Each client is responsible for its own students, staff and the money it collects.
Keep your sign-in details safe. The client owner decides who in the academy may see and change what.
A subscription runs monthly or yearly. After it ends there is a short grace period, then the academy turns read-only (view and export only), then suspended. Your data is never deleted because a subscription ended; it is deleted only on your written request after you have exported it.
Fees and collections are paid to the client’s own payment gateway account. Learn does not hold that money. Gateway charges are set by the gateway.
Do not use Learn to store unlawful content, to harass people, or to attack the service. We may suspend an account that does.
We may improve Learn and update these terms; we will tell owners of material changes.
